I am experienced in developing and implementing individualised EAPs/ Plans to manage a range of issues including mental health, addiction, workplace stress or conflict, and home life/personal issues.   Plans can range from brief interventions targeting specific issues, through to longer-term support of a staff member as they reintegrate back into the workplace following a period of leave.  I offer employees a safe environment to begin addressing the issues that are impacting on their ability to do their job.
